Your Agreement

This agreement explains how you can use the Lockkeyz authentication application, developed to provide secure access and two-factor authentication services. These terms apply to any new features that are added to the app in the future. In short, this agreement governs your use of Lockkeyz’s services.

Understanding these terms is important. By using the Lockkeyz application, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and accepted them. This also means you agree to how your information is handled, as explained in the Lockkeyz Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not access or use the mobile application or the services.

1. Account Registration and User Eligibility

Lockkeyz reserves the right to conduct periodic background checks on you using its own resources or third-party services, without further reference or notice to you. These checks may include verification against government sanctions lists, civil and criminal court records, and negative media coverage. Lockkeyz maintains the unilateral discretion to terminate your account and/or mobile application access based on the results of these background checks.

Lockkeyz reserves the right to change or modify these terms (including any additional terms and conditions or policies, which are published on the website/application and incorporated into these terms) at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly, and you are strongly recommended to do so. You will be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms (whether or not reviewed by you) by your continued use of the mobile application following the date on which the amended terms are posted.

2. Prices and Payments

Prices displayed on the Lockkeyz platform are in applicable currency and are subject to change, including applicable taxes.
Users acknowledge that prices may vary based on region and offers available at the time of purchase.
Lockkeyz may charge additional service fees for certain premium features or functionalities.
Payment can be made using the payment methods provided on the platform, including online payment channels and digital wallets.
Lockkeyz reserves the right to introduce new payment methods or remove existing ones at its discretion.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their selected payment method has sufficient funds for transactions.
Disputed transactions must be reported via the in-app complaint management system within 24-48 hours.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Placing an Order

Users may request additional authentication services or premium features via the application. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal requirements necessary for that service.

3.2 Refund Policy

Failure of service delivery due to technical issues.
Unauthorized transactions that meet our fraud investigation criteria.
Refunds will be processed through the payment method used during purchase or credited to the Lockkeyz wallet for future use.

4. Promotions and Discounts

Lockkeyz may offer promotional discounts, vouchers, and other limited-time offers.
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lockkeyz reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers without prior notice.

5. Restrictions

5.1 Activities Prohibited on the Lockkeyz Mobile Application

Using the mobile application for any purpose in violation of local, state, or federal laws or regulations, including any false, deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent purpose.
Posting any content that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, trade secret rights, or any other rights of any party.
Posting content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person or entity as determined by Lockkeyz in its sole discretion.
Posting content that constitutes cyber-bullying or depicts dangerous, life-threatening, or otherwise risky behavior.
Impersonating another person when posting content.
Harvesting or collecting information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
Engaging in conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the mobile application or that exposes Lockkeyz or any of its users to liability.

5.2 Lockkeyz reserves the right but is not obligated to do any or all of the following:

Investigate and remove content that does not conform to these terms.
Suspend or terminate a user’s access to the application upon a breach of these terms.
Monitor, edit, or disclose any content on the mobile application.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, and service marks displayed on the mobile application or in any of Lockkeyz’s marketing materials are the intellectual property of Lockkeyz or authorized third parties. You may not use, copy, reproduce, upload, post, transmit, or modify these trademarks without prior written consent. Unauthorized use will be subject to legal action.

7. Restricted Usage

Some services on the Lockkeyz mobile application may be subject to additional restrictions based on applicable laws. Lockkeyz reserves the right to enforce such limitations where necessary.

8. Termination

Lockkeyz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account for violations of these terms.
Users who engage in fraudulent activities or fail to comply with Lockkeyz policies may have their accounts restricted.
